Rachel enjoys weaving together her practices of meditation, mindfulness, dance, personal discovery, and community building to help us evolve as human and spiritual beings and to cultivate greater joy, compassion, peace and deep connection in our lives.

Passionate about the power of a healthy self-image, Yelena Jackson teaches, coaches, and empowers over-worked, over-giving, and over-whelmed women to find their way back to their inner truth. In a world that expects women to be everything to everyone, Yelena guides her clients to fully awaken to their true Divine Feminine potential, where they can find self-acceptance, self-confidence, and self-love.
Prior to experiencing her own journey of self-healing, which led to her coaching work, Yelena worked in the realm of building self-confidence through image and personal style – an approach she calls “healing from the outside in.” In 2012, she founded The School of Fabulous to help women feel empowered, authentic, and confident through their self-expression in style, body language, and personal brand essence. Yelena believes that the key to true happiness lies in aligning our external expression with who we are on the inside – and for that, we have to face who we truly are.
Based in Washington, DC, Yelena is a Personal Transformation Educator and Coach, Certified Image Consultant, Personal Stylist/Shopper, Workshop Leader, and Speaker on personal branding, image, self-love, self-esteem, confidence, sensuality, and connection.
